These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Account Holder") and bplxch ("Platform," "We," "Us," "Our") governing all use of the bplxch online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, wagering features, promotional offers, and associated payment services. By creating a bplxch account or by accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the bplxch platform immediately.
These highlights do not replace the full agreement below but summarise the provisions most directly relevant to everyday platform use for Pakistani players.
bplxch is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is an active process, not a checkbox. Accounts found to belong to underage users are suspended immediately, funds frozen, and the matter escalated to the compliance team. There are no exceptions to this requirement under any circumstances.
Each player may hold exactly one active bplxch account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or names — are a material breach of this Agreement. All duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses voided, and pending withdrawals held pending identity verification review.
All bplxch promotional bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reading those terms before accepting any bonus offer.
All transactions on bplxch are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal eligibility may require identity document submission for amounts exceeding bplxch's verification thresholds.
bplxch provides every account holder with deposit limits, session time alerts, reality checks, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods. Using any of these tools does not affect account standing, bonus eligibility, or VIP tier. Players experiencing difficulties with gambling are strongly encouraged to use them. bplxch reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email to their registered address at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the bplxch platform after the amendment effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. The bplxch platform is strictly for adults. Players must be aged 21 (twenty-one) years or above at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform. bplxch actively verifies player age and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Where a Player is found to be under the minimum age, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds frozen, and the matter escalated to the compliance team.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the bplxch platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. bplxch does not represent that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. By registering, the Player warrants that online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to them.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each natural person may register and hold one (1) bplxch Account. One account per individual, per household, and per shared device or IP address. Duplicate account registration is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bplxch uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice, and any bonuses, winnings, or balance contained within them may be voided.
2.4 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Pakistani mobile number. Provision of false information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
2.5 Account Activation. Registration is complete upon successful verification of the Player's mobile number via OTP. bplxch reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.
3.1 Credential Responsibility. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bplxch login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes. bplxch will never ask a Player to disclose their password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bplxch requesting password disclosure should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
3.2 Authorised Access. The Player must not permit any third party to access their bplxch Account. All activity conducted through a Player's Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been performed by and on behalf of the registered Account holder and is binding upon them.
3.3 Security Breach Notification. If a Player suspects that their bplxch Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify bplxch immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. bplxch will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation, which may include temporary suspension of withdrawal and deposit functionality.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. bplxch strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. 2FA setup is available within Account Security Settings. Players who have not enabled 2FA accept increased responsibility for any unauthorised access that occurs as a result.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the bplxch platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process by bplxch.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. bplxch currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). bplxch reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though payment processors and individual banking institutions may impose their own limits independently of bplxch.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa within two (2) hours; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank within twenty-four (24) hours; USDT TRC20 within one (1) to four (4) hours subject to network confirmation times. These are target timescales and bplxch does not guarantee processing within these periods in all circumstances.
4.5 Withdrawal Identity Verification. bplxch may, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable compliance obligations, require a Player to submit identity documentation before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of the Player's Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of the payment method ownership, and/or a selfie photograph for facial verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified period will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is completed.
4.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined and the amount will remain in the Player's wallet balance.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by bplxch are subject to: (a) these general Terms and Conditions; and (b) the specific terms stated within each individual promotion, which take precedence over these general terms in the event of direct conflict relating to that specific promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's description prior to the Player accepting or activating the bonus. The Player must satisfy the stated wagering requirement in full before any portion of the Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all bplxch games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Each bonus promotion will specify the contribution rate of each game category (e.g., slots, live casino, crash games, sports betting) toward the wagering requirement. Playing ineligible games while a Bonus Balance is active will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may, depending on the promotion terms, result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bplxch bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. If the applicable wagering requirement is not satisfied within the expiry period, the Bonus Balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without compensation. Expiry periods are non-extendable except at bplxch's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
5.5 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a Bonus Balance is active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum bet per round or spin while a Bonus Balance remains on the account is Rs 1,000. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and associated winnings.
5.6 Abuse of Promotions. bplxch reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the promotion system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of external bonuses in conjunction with bplxch promotions, and systematic exploitation of offers across multiple accounts.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the bplxch platform are supplied by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently tested and certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment operated in real time. bplxch does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available from the individual game's information panel.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or server disruption affecting a game outcome during active play, bplxch reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return all stakes placed in the affected round(s) to the Player's wallet. No compensation will be paid for winnings that would have been earned but for a technical malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the platform.
6.3 Provably Fair Games. Crash games and other provably fair game formats available on bplxch allow Players to independently verify the fairness of each game round using the seed values provided by the platform before each round commences. Instructions for performing provably fair verification are available within each applicable game's settings panel.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on the bplxch platform carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface before play commences. bplxch reserves the right to impose additional account-level stake limits at its sole discretion, including in cases where a Player's wagering pattern raises fraud or collusion concerns.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. A sports bet placed on the bplxch platform is accepted and binding only upon receipt of a bet confirmation notification to the Player's Account. Bets that do not receive confirmation — due to connectivity interruption, platform error, or other technical failure — are not valid and any stake involved will be returned to the Player's wallet.
7.2 Odds Changes. Odds displayed on the bplxch sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to the completion of bet acceptance. Where odds change between a Player initiating a bet and the platform confirming it, the Player will be notified of the new odds and given the option to accept or decline the revised price before the bet is finalised.
7.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, bplxch's settlement policy is as follows: (a) single-event bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned; (b) the affected event will be treated as a non-runner within accumulator bets, with the accumulator recalculated accordingly. Where an event is rescheduled to within seventy-two (72) hours of the original scheduled start time, bplxch may, at its discretion, allow the bet to stand for the rescheduled event.
7.4 Cricket and PSL Betting. Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, Pakistan international cricket, and all ICC tournament events are covered under bplxch's general sports betting rules. Ball-by-ball in-play betting markets are offered where technically feasible. In-play bets once confirmed are binding regardless of subsequent match interruptions, provided the relevant market was settled under the standard rules of cricket.
7.5 Error in Odds. Where bplxch identifies that odds published for an event contained a manifest error (i.e., an obvious pricing mistake significantly divergent from correct market odds), bplxch reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to Players' wallets. This right extends to bets already settled if the error is identified after settlement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bplxch platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
9.1 bplxch's Right to Suspend. bplxch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bplxch has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Player's account activity raises fraud, money laundering, or identity concerns; (c) the Player's account is being operated in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming; or (d) requested identity documentation has not been provided within the required period.
9.2 Effect of Suspension. During a suspension or restriction period, the Player may be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. bplxch will communicate the reason for suspension where it is permissible to do so under applicable compliance obligations.
9.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request voluntary closure of their bplxch Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Where a self-exclusion is requested, the self-exclusion period and associated restrictions will be applied as described in the Responsible Gaming section of this Agreement. Upon voluntary closure (other than self-exclusion), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
9.4 Balance on Closure for Breach. Where an Account is closed by bplxch due to a proven breach of this Agreement — including fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct — bplxch reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account as compensation for losses suffered as a result of the breach. The Player will be notified of this decision and may contest it through the dispute resolution process.
10.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. bplxch is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The bplxch platform is intended for entertainment only. It should not be used as a source of income, and Players should never wager amounts they cannot afford to lose.
10.2 Available Tools. Every bplxch Account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools within Account Settings at any time:
10.3 Age Protection. Players are strongly encouraged to use parental control software on shared devices to prevent access to the bplxch platform by persons under the age of 21. bplxch accepts no liability for minors accessing the platform on devices shared with or owned by an adult Player where parental controls have not been applied.

11.1 Platform Availability. bplxch provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. bplxch will use reasonable commercial efforts to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance.
11.2 Limitation of Financial Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bplxch's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Excluded Losses. bplxch shall not be liable — under any circumstances — for: loss of profits; loss of business opportunity; indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data; losses arising from the Player's reliance on third-party payment processing timescales; or losses arising from factors outside bplxch's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, and actions of third-party service providers.
11.4 Player Responsibility. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that they engage in all gambling activities voluntarily, with full awareness of the risks involved. bplxch does not accept liability for financial losses sustained through gameplay, nor does it accept liability for decisions made by Players regarding wagering amounts, game selection, or strategy.
12.1 Platform Ownership. All content on the bplxch platform — including but not limited to the bplxch brand name and logo, website design, software architecture, written content, promotional materials, game interfaces (other than games supplied by third-party providers), and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bplxch or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
12.2 Permitted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bplxch platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any bplxch content; reverse engineering any part of the platform software; or using bplxch branding or intellectual property for any commercial purpose.
12.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games provided by third-party software suppliers on the bplxch platform are the intellectual property of their respective developers and are licensed to bplxch for display and operation. Players acknowledge that no intellectual property rights in any third-party game are transferred to them by virtue of playing that game on bplxch.
13.1 Dispute Resolution — First Step. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with a Player's bplxch Account, a game outcome, a bonus, a payment, or any other aspect of the platform, the Player must first contact bplxch support by email at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute clearly and providing all relevant account details and evidence. bplxch will acknowledge the dispute within two (2) business days and issue a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days of receiving complete information.
13.2 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through direct support contact, the Player may request escalation to bplxch's internal disputes review team, whose determination will be final and binding on both parties except where a manifest error in the review process can be demonstrated.
13.3 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the principles of international online gaming industry standards and the laws applicable to the platform's operator jurisdiction. Players may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of their own jurisdiction, which this Agreement does not seek to exclude.
14.1 Right to Amend. bplxch reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. This right extends to all sections of the Agreement, including but not limited to payment policies, bonus rules, gaming rules, and responsible gaming provisions.
14.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where bplxch makes changes that materially affect the rights or obligations of Players, bplxch will provide notice to all registered Account holders via email to their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Minor corrections, clarifications, and administrative updates may take effect without individual notification.
14.3 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Continued access to or use of the bplxch platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. Players who do not agree to the amended terms must close their Account before the amendment's effective date. Closure requests submitted prior to an effective date in response to an amendment will be processed without penalty.
14.4 Historical Versions. Previous versions of these Terms and Conditions are maintained in bplxch's records. Players may request access to a specific previous version by contacting [email protected].
